On time and on budget! The reality of a construction project being on time and on budget depends heavily on the Project Management Office (PMO). At ARC Group USA the PMO is the core of our business. Communications are centralized through the PMO and any variances to the plan are handled immediately and communicated accordingly. The PMO is also responsible for the oversight of safety and compliance.
